Looks Like the New Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Game is Heading West

Just a day ago, we reported that a new Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth title, Hacker’s Memory, is making its way to the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita this year in Japan. We figured the game would end up in the West at some point since its predecessor did too but it looks like Bandai Namco already had plans for localization as the publisher has filed a trademark for it in Europe.

As spotted by Gematsu, the trademark was filed just today with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and can be viewed here.

Only a matter of time before we hear something officially, then.

In case you missed it, Hacker’s Memory features a new story whose protagonist is a young man framed in a criminal case that he has no knowledge of. The game will include some systems from the original, like Digi-Farm, and will have more than 320 Digimon.

We’ll update our readers when we have more info.
