Call of Duty: WWII Reveal Trailer Gets a Lot of “Likes”

Activision officially revealed this year’s Call of Duty game — Call of Duty: WWII — over on its livestream, and so far so good, it’s being “liked” a lot. This is a huge contrast to last year’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare reveal where the trailer got over 460,000 dislikes in the first few days.

At the time of this writing, the current reveal trailer has over 230,000 “likes” compared to just 15,000 “dislikes.” It seems people were really tired of the futuristic stuff and not the franchise altogether. This positive reaction from the dudebro, shootbang community hasn’t escaped Sledgehammer Games boss Glen Schofield. Over on Twitter, Schofield thanked fans for the positive support.

In other CoD: WII news, a Nazi zombies co-op mode has been confirmed, and the multiplayer will have some sort of “shared social space” that’s sure to encourage more people to trash talk.

Call of Duty: WII will shoot out this November 3 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
