Call of Duty: WWII File Size Revealed in New Reddit Posting

Players are now able to pre-load the upcoming Call of Duty: WWII onto their Xbox consoles, and one user has taken to Reddit to share just how big the download will be when it releases next month.

According to the Reddit post – shared to the Call of Duty: WWII subreddit – the game clocks in at just above 45 GB’ for the full download. PlayStation 4 players should expect a similar size when it becomes available to pre-load. As far as download sizes go 45 GB isn’t that huge of a game, especially compared to some other games that have clocked in at a much higher file size.

Here’s more on the story of Call of Duty: WWII, courtesy of Sledgehammer Games:

Call of Duty: WWII tells the story of Private Ronald “Red” Daniels, a young recruit in the U.S. First Infantry Division who experiences combat for the first time on D-Day, one of the largest amphibious assaults in history. After surviving the beaches of Normandy, Red and his squad will fight their way across Europe, engaging the enemy in iconic battle locations such as the Hürtgen Forest and the Battle of the Bulge, as they make their way into Germany. The journey begins on November 3.

Call of Duty: WWII releases on November 3 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
