It’s been a while since we’ve heard any information on the previously announced Jak and Daxter re-releases for the PlayStation 4, but after a recent listing on the PlayStation Store, it seems like we may be getting those re-releases sooner rather than later.
Over on Reddit, an eagle-eyed user spotted an advertisement on the PlayStation Store for what looks to be a Jak and Daxter bundle. Judging by the image of the bundle (found below), players can expect it to contain Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak 2, Jak 3, and Jak X: Combat Racing. While it doesn’t seem to be available for purchase yet, having it appear on the PlayStation Store seems to be a dead giveaway that it will be releasing at some point, and the timing does make some sense.
With the 2017 PlayStation Experience just around the corner, it wouldn’t be too surprising if Sony featured the Jak and Daxter bundle in their announcements. For those who can’t wait for an announcement and need that Jak and Daxter fix, the first game is available as part of a downloadable bonus with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, but if you can be a bit patient, you should be able to pick up more than the first game pretty soon.
