Sony has just announced the PS Plus Essential March 2026 monthly free games, which will go live next week. Confirming a leak from yesterday, the company revealed PGA Tour 2K25 as one of the month’s freebies. The incoming games will replace a widely-praised February lineup.

The full PS Plus Essential March lineup includes Monster Hunter Rise (PS5, PS4), Slime Rancher 2 (PS5), The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road (PS5, PS4), and PGA Tour 2K25 (PS5).
All games will go live on Tuesday, March 3.
Players have until Monday night, March 2, to claim February’s free games: Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS4), Subnautica: Below Zero (PS5, PS4), Ultros (PS5, PS4), and Undisputed (PS5).
Just a reminder: Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown has free DLC on the PS Store, and both the game and DLC are yours to keep. The “Bonus Emblem Set” includes the Free Erusea, Three Arrowheads, and Three Arrowheads (Low-Vis) bonus emblems. You can learn more about the freebies in our previous coverage.
If you’re not happy with the Essential tier and wish to upgrade, you still have some time to avail the Lunar New Year discount offer. Players can upgrade to Extra and Premium tiers at a discount, but the percentage may vary, as Sony makes targeted offers.
