A fantastic PS Plus game has reappeared in the Extra catalog after it mysteriously disappeared sometime in or around December 2025. Like Sega’s Endless Dungeon, A Hat in Time remained playable for those who downloaded it before December, but after it went missing from the catalog, new players could not access it for free and were prompted to pay.
A Hat in Time was among several titles that disappeared from PS Plus without notice
Once again, we believe our theory that a PS Store glitch was to blame for A Hat in Time’s temporary removal from PS Plus.
With Endless Dungeon and A Hat in Time fixed, the remaining missing games include:
- Totally Reliable Delivery Service (removed sometime in or before November 2025)
- Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition (removed sometime in or before November 2025)
- Carto (currently not known when it was removed)
Unfortunately, in the case of Spirit of the North and Carto, we don’t think Sony will “fix” anything. Both these games were supposed to be formally removed from the service in February. However, once Sony realized that they were already missing due to the aforementioned glitch, the company removed both entries from the PS Store’s Last Chance to Play section.
Whether this means Sony simply isn’t bringing the games back or plans to fix the glitch and remove them at a later date remains to be seen.
