A hit action game has surprise dropped a free PS5 demo on the PS Store ahead of its launch on the console. Yet Another Zombie Survivors (YAZS) is already successful on PC, where it’s in early access. Its full release is planned for 2026.

YAZS doesn’t require PS Plus to play, and its demo isn’t locked behind a subscription either. All PS5 and PS4 players can get a slice of the action.
YAZS’ PS Store listing doesn’t mention what the demo entails, but a press release promises a “content-packed” demo.
“The Horde is coming, but you’re ready to fight it!” an official overview reads. “Assemble your team and decide upon their enhancements to find the most efficient synergies against thousands of the undead. Survive. Then evolve. Then break all the limits in this deceivingly simple but addictive reverse bullet hell.”

YAZS holds a “very positive” rating on Steam based on nearly 4,500 votes. On the PS Store, the demo has already garnered a positive response, earning 4.26/5 stars based on 50 votes shortly after launch.
A specific PS5 release date for YAZS has not been announced.
