Demon's Souls PS Store deal

Hit PS5 Exclusive RPG 58% Off on PS Store After Dev Shut Down

An acclaimed PS5 exclusive action RPG is 58% off in a new PS Store deal, not long after its beloved studio was unceremoniously shut down by Sony. Demon’s Souls remake — the 2020 PS5 launch exclusive by the now-defunct Bluepoint Games — is part of PS Store’s Spring 2026 sale refresh.

Demon’s Souls PS5 is at its lowest price in new PS Store deal

PS5 players can grab Demon’s Souls for $29.39 until April 23. The game is currently part of PS Plus Extra catalog, but if you aren’t a member or don’t think you’ll get around to playing it anytime soon, this is the lowest price for it thus far (normal price: $69.99).

Sony’s first-party games don’t always get massive price drops, and Demon’s Souls’ digital price has yet to dip below $29.39 since launch.

For the uninitiated, Demon’s Souls is a remake of the 2009 PS3 exclusive by FromSoftware.

“In his quest for power, the 12th King of Boletaria, King Allant channelled the ancient Soul Arts, awakening a demon from the dawn of time itself, The Old One,” an official overview reads. “With the summoning of The Old One, a colorless fog swept across the land, unleashing nightmarish creatures that hungered for human souls. Those whose souls were stripped from them, lost their minds – left only with the desire to attack the sane that remained.”

Demon’s Souls is PS5 Pro enhanced.
