Developer Lazy Bear Games and publisher tinyBuild have announced that Graveyard Keeper 2 is officially coming out. As a result, the game’s predecessor, 2018’s Graveyard Keeper, is officially free on PlayStation, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC now until April 13, 2026. The game is completely free, and requires no PlayStation Plus to play, so fans can simply add it to their account as a freebie.
The game, much like its name suggests, puts players in the shoes of a graveyard keeper. Players can build and manage their own medieval graveyard, while also wrestling with ethical dilemmas like potentially using bodies as food, dumping them elsewhere, and more.
“Graveyard Keeper is the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management sim of all time. Build and manage your own graveyard, and expand into other ventures, while finding shortcuts to cut costs. Use all the resources you can find. After all, this is a game about the spirit of capitalism, and doing whatever it takes to build a thriving business.
