An acclaimed Nintendo Switch console-exclusive adventure game is finally headed to the PS5. Developed by South Korean studio Somi and published by Playism, No Case Should Remain Unsolved was first released on PC and Nintendo Switch, where it received positive reviews.

No Case Should Remain Unsolved will release on the PS5 in summer 2026. A specific release date was not announced. A PS Store listing has gone live, however, where players can wishlist the game.
For those not familiar with No Case Should Remain Unsolved, it’s a detective mystery adventure that plays like a visual novel. Players are tasked with uncovering memory fragments and putting them together to solve a long-running cold case.
“A little girl named Seowon is reported missing from a playground. Police launch an investigation and question witnesses and suspects, but Seowon’s case is never solved,” the plot reads. “Twelve years after Senior Inspector Jeon Gyeong’s retirement, she is visited by a young police officer: a woman who pleads with her to reexamine Seowon’s case. But with each uncovered memory, only one thing becomes clear: everyone in Seowon’s vicinity was lying.”
