Right now, fans can pick up Lies of P for $29.99 on the PS Store, a 50% discount from its original price of $59.99. The sale ends very quick, though, and is only available until June 11, 2026, meaning you only have about a few hours left to pick it up before it reverts back to full price.
Originally released in 2023, Lies of P was developed by Neowiz and Round8 Studio, and is loosely based on the 1883 Italian novel The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi, and follows the story of Pinocchio, who players play as while he battles against “Puppets” brought to life in the city of Krat.
The game is a Soulslike, employing a litany of mechanics and playstyles similar mostly to Bloodborne. As a result, the game was praised for its gameplay and story, and earned a number of awards in 2023, including nominations for Best Art Direction and Best Role Playing Game at The Game Awards.
