The PS Store dropped a set of fantastic new PS5 games last week that you may have missed, and they’re worth your attention. The games in question have something for everyone and are already a hit with players.
New PS5 games added to the PS Store in the week ending August 21, 2026
Developed by BlackMill Games, Gallipoli is a realistic World War 1 shooter. The game costs $29.99 but can be yours for $22.49 as there’s a limited-time 20% discount for PS Plus members.
“Take part in the historic beach landings at Gallipoli and fight for survival on unforgiving shores and sun-scorched deserts!” a description reads. “After the muddy trenches of Verdun, the snowy plains of Tannenberg, and the imposing Alps of Isonzo, Gallipoli brings you the deepest dive into the Ottoman Fronts of World War 1 through grounded, yet accessible battles.”
Next, we have Mexican Ninja, an intriguing 2.5D roguelike beat ’em up action game with a great art style. The game costs $16.99.
“Fast, chaotic and full of attitude, you carve through Narkuzas in Nuevo Tokyo with tight combos, wild spirit powers and Mexican Jutsus,” an overview reads. “Slice, dodge, upgrade and become the one and only Mexican Ninja.”
Finally, we have No Case Should Remain Unsolved, a former Nintendo Switch-exclusive adventure game developed by South Korean studio Somi. The game is currently $7.99 on the PS Store with a 20% launch PS Plus discount applied.
“A little girl named Seowon is reported missing from a playground. Police launch an investigation and question witnesses and suspects, but Seowon’s case is never solved,” the plot reads. “Twelve years after Senior Inspector Jeon Gyeong’s retirement, she is visited by a young police officer: a woman who pleads with her to reexamine Seowon’s case. But with each uncovered memory, only one thing becomes clear: everyone in Seowon’s vicinity was lying.”
