A beloved PS4 adventure game series is making its way to the PS5, and it will be out very soon.
What PS4 adventure games are coming to PS5?
Polyarc announced that they are bringing the world of Moss to the PlayStation 5, albeit with a caveat. The developer announced that Moss: The Forgotten Relic, a game that combines both Moss and Moss: Book II, will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC this summer.
However, for fans hoping to experience the games in PS VR2, there’s some unfortunate news. The game will bring both Moss titles into one definitive experience, but it doesn’t seem like it will be bringing any VR compatibility with it.

Polyarc notes the game has been “beautifully enhanced and reimagined” for its new release and will feature some new additions to the world of Moss, including:
- Play two beloved and critically acclaimed experiences as one.
- Enhanced visuals and performance.
- New handcrafted cutscenes and “Smart Follow” camera.
- All “Twilight Garden” downloadable content included.
- New accessibility option “Skip Combat.”
Originally released in 2019, Moss was a game for the PS VR that followed the story of Quill, a young mouse who goes on an epic adventure. A sequel to the game, Moss: Book II, was released in 2022, also on virtual reality devices.
