An acclaimed 2026 PS5 action game that released less than two months ago is already discounted in a stellar PS Store deal. Developed by Kwalee Labs, Luna Abyss is part of the PS Store’s new July Savings promotion. The game boasts a Metacritic average score of 80/100 for its PS5 version.

PS5 players who are PS Plus members (any tier) can grab Luna Abyss for $22.49 (25% off) until July 16. Those without a subscription can purchase the game for $23.99 (20% off). After the aforementioned date, Luna Abyss will cost $29.99 until the next sale.
This is a pretty good offer considering Luna Abyss was released at the end of May and got a great reception. Unfortunately, the game’s successful launch was overshadowed by news that its entire development team was laid off without explanation.
Luna Abyss is officially described as a “story-driven action-adventure with fluid platforming and bullet hell combat.”
“You are a prisoner sentenced to explore a derelict megastructure that sprawls deep beneath the surface of the mimic moon Luna,” the plot reads. “You are tasked with recovering forgotten technology from within the Abyss and the lost colony it consumed. Every move you make will be overseen by your artificial prison guard named Aylin.”
