Many PlayStation 3 owners were disappointed about the news that Valkyria Chronicles 3 would not be making its way onto the PlayStation 3. Still, a demo for the PSP exclusive will be released next month and that should excite fans of the franchise.
The third installment in the massively popular Valkyria Chronicles franchise will be receiving a demo next month in Japan, as revealed by the latest issue of Famitsu. However, no date was unveiled. The playable demo of the game will seemingly have some elements that weren’t in the Tokyo Game Show version of the tactical RPG.
Valkyria Chronicles 3 is currently scheduled for a Japanese release on January 27th, 2011 exclusively for the PlayStation Portable. For more on the game, check out the game’s début trailer here.
