Control: Ultimate Edition’s limited-time PS Store deal offers 90% discount on 2019’s Game of the year nominee
Right now, Control: Ultimate Edition is available on the PS Store for just $3.99, a 90% discount on the title. The sale for the game is set to run until June 11, 2026, so fans only have a couple of days remaining to check out one of 2019’s Game of the Year nominees.
Control’s Ultimate Edition includes the main game as well as all previously released expansions, The Foundation and AWE, in one package. Originally released in 2019, Control follows the story of Jesse Faden, the newly appointed head of the mysterious Federal Bureau of Control. The title features a blend of third-person action combat with horror elements, and was best known for its incredible level design and story.

Following its release, Control received massive praise. The game has sold over 6 million units as of this year and was nominated for several end-of-year accolades, including Game of the Year at a number of awards. A sequel to the game, Control Resonant, is set to be released on September 24, 2026. A spin-off game, FBC: Firebreak, was released in 2025, but has since ceased new updates and development.
