See Ōkami HD in Action via Japanese Gameplay Footage

Just last month, Capcom announced that they will be bringing their artistic adventure game to the PS3 in crystal clear high definition this fall. If you’ve been dying to see Ōkami HD in action, we’ve got just the thing for you.

Courtesy of Sony’s Play.Community blog, we have a solid six minutes of high-def gameplay goodness to share with you. Check out the clip below.

Those of you who have a Move controller collecting dust will be pleased to know that the game supports Sony’s motion technology. In addition, trophies have been added for all of you completionists hungry for that next platinum. Best of all, the game will be launching on the PlayStation Network at the reasonable price of $19.99.

When Ōkami first launched back on the PlayStation 2, it unfortunately failed to sell all that well despite glowing reviews from critics. Let’s hope that this HD refresh will open up this incredible experience to a wider audience when it launches later this year.
