PlayStation, Shuhei Yoshida, and Adam Boyes Congratulate Xbox on Xbox One Launch

When Microsoft and Xbox gave out congratulations to Sony last Friday over the launch of the PS4, you knew Sony would be returning the favor this week, and they did it in force.

First up was Shuhei Yoshida, who said:

Congratulations Phil Spencer, Phil Harrison, Major Nelson, Albert Penello on the global launch of Xbox One! :D.

Then it was Adam Boyes’ turn:

Hey Major Nelson, Phil Harrison, Albert Penello, Phil Spencer – Congrats on YOUR launch, guys! See you at E3!!!

And finally, the official PlayStation account said:

Congrats Xbox, Microsoft! #NextGeneration #GreatnessAwaits.

In response to that last tweet, the Xbox account kept it classy:

Thanks! It’s been a #GreatWeektoBeaGamer.

Do you like seeing both companies getting along? Or would you rather it be like the console wars depicted in the last couple of South Park episodes? Let us know in the comments below.
