If you haven’t checked your PSN-linked email account since yesterday, you should probably do that, as PlayStation Now Director of Marketing Peter Jamshidi has revealed that a new batch of PlayStation Now invites were sent out to PS4 and PS3 owners yesterday, coinciding with the beta extending to PS4:

“We sent out a batch of PS4 invites today, but there was a batch of PS3 codes that also went out. Please make sure you carefully read your email before entering your codes. The PS3 code only works on PS3s, same for PS4.”

“A bunch of new codes went out today, but we are still sending out both PS3 codes to many as well as the new PS4 codes, so read your email carefully to ensure which platform the code you got applies to. For those with only a PS3 code currently, but own both a PS3 and a PS4 console, please be patient. We will follow-up with PS4 codes in the coming weeks. Most of all, enjoy and remember to give feedback on the Private Beta forums.”

The official PlayStation Now support page adds: “An invite for the PS3 beta is only valid on the PS3 and a PS4 invite can only be used on the PS4. If you’re in the PS3 beta you’ll need a new voucher code specifically to download the PS4 version of the Beta app. We plan to get PS4 codes to those already in the PS3 Beta but have no information as to how soon this will happen.”

A new title refresh for the PlayStation Now beta also seems to have taken effect, with games like Dead Island: Riptide, Legasista, Mx vs ATV Alive, Poker Night 2, and more playable.
