Japanese Sales Chart: PS Vita Defeats New 3DS, The Order: 1886 Debuts to 25k

It was an excellent week for the PlayStation Vita, as not only was God Eater 2: Rage Burst the #1 game of the week with 234,000 sold, but hardware sales rose to 35,200 and managed to defeat the two New Nintendo 3DS models combined.

Elsewhere, the PlayStation 4 rose again in sales 24,700, finishing 2nd overall ahead of the New Nintendo 3DS XL. In terms of new releases, God Eater 2 sold 37,800, while The Order: 1886 and Dead or Alive 5: Last Round settled for 4th and 5th, respectively, with around 25,000 each.
