Last week, an announcement came out of PAX for an Uncharted 2 Limited Editon Fortune Hunter Editon. There was a catch however, you cannot purchase the special editon version of Uncharted 2, it can only be won. Luckily for those of you in the UK, there is an Uncharted 2 Special Edition you can purchase.
Earlier last month we discovered the box art to an Uncharted 2 Steelbook Special Edition. Nothing was ever announced or confirmed… Until now.
While checking out the SCEE Uncharted 2 launch site. We noticed that the rumored Uncharted 2 Special Edition, in the steel case was located on the Uncharted 2 pre-order page of the official site.
The site directs you to one of UK’s major retailers, GAME. Where you can pre-order this Uncharted 2 Special Edition.
No word yet, if this is coming to North America, but we’ve contacted Sony for an answer. We will keep you updated on all future developments.
