God of War III was released on March 16th, and since then PlayStation 3 owners everywhere have been helping Kratos take vengeance on the Gods of Olympus. Upon firing up God of War III tonight, you’ll be prompted to download a patch for the blockbuster title.
Although there hasn’t been many reported problems with God of War III, a patch has been released. Update 1.01 was just released moments ago, weighing in at 5377KB. The update fixes wireless controller issues many users were having.
As of this writing the patch is only available in North America and Europe, but will be made available in other territories shortly.
