Titans Clash This July

For those gamers who still have Clash of the Titans fever, Namco Bandai has some good news. The video game, which is based on the film of the same name, missed the mark for a simultaneous release, but should be close enough to satisfy fans of the movie.

Namco Bandai recently announced that the game is scheduled for a July 27th release. For a game of this nature, a mid-summer release is a great move, considering that the summer months are traditionally slow for video games. The slow, summer months will allow all of us to unleash our inner-Greek myth nerd.

But that’s not everything. If you preorder from Gamestop, you’ll receive a “Bird in Hand” quest pack, which contains a quest to defeat the Cockatrice (with an additional “Wing of Icarus” sub-weapon as a reward), and “Song of Enchantment” quest pack which includes a fight against a succubus and siren.

Until then, the only thing to tide you over is the official trailer, which is featured below.
