4mm Games, who was formed by two of the founders of Rockstar Games, have today announced the release date for their upcoming music simulation game, Def Jam Rapstar, as well as the new songs which will be included in the title.
Developers 4mm Games and publishers Konami have announced that Def Jam Rapstar will be released on October 5th for North America and November 5th for Europe. The title will be released in a bundle for $69.99 which includes the game itself and one wired microphone.
The six new tracks which will be included to the already massive lineup of playable songs are: Biz Markie’s “Just A Friend”, Drake’s “Best I ever had”, Outkasts’ “So Fresh, So clean”, Pete Rock and CL Smooth’s “They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)”, Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push it” and UK exclusive track Tinchy Stryder featuring. N-Dubz’ “Number One”.
Developed by 4mm Games, Terminal Reality and Def Jam Interactive describes Def Jam Rapstar as “the only music game that focuses exclusively on Hip Hop, you and your social networks.”
