Both Facebook and Twitter have become staples in the online social world and they both happen to let you keep track of things or people that you like the most. It just so happens that PlayStation was the most followed brand this past April.
According to the report, PlayStation had a total of 1.4 million fans and followers total. This gave them the number one spot this past April for most followed brand on social sites. What is even more interesting is that according to Greenlight’s Entertainment Entertainment Retail Report PlayStation was also considered the most interactive brand. This was through the massive amount of posts and tweets that they did between Facebook and Twitter, totaling in at 634 in April.
It sure looks like Jeff Rubenstein, Social Media Manager for Sony Computer Entertainment of America and the rest of the team at Sony is doing one hell of a job. If you haven’t had a chance to check them out on Facebook or Twitter, be sure to do so.
