Guess what? You know that totally-destructive over-the-top world-destroying racer that Evolution are currently hard at work on? You know, MotorStorm Apocalypse. Well, we thought you should just know that it’ll be bringing the world to ruin come this February, already joining several fellow PlayStation 3 exclusives.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has apparently announced the PS3 racer will be revving up come February. A previous early 2011 release was the only idea for when the exclusive would be released. Additionally, “thousands of new customizable vehicles, parts and graphics” are going to be released in the form of downloadable content via the PlayStation Store. However, more details regarding this particular set of DLC should be unveiled in due course.
Developer Evolution Studios are adding a slew of new features include a single-player story mode that lets gamers experience an intriguing story told from the racers’ three characters. The studio will also adding five new vehicle classes, 40 distinct races, and a four-player split-screen that’s compatible with the online modes for up to 16 players. The game will also feature the interesting prospect of customizable vehicles and a game mode creator.
