Latest Exclusive PlayStation Plus Demo Revealed; Incoming Today

PlayStation Plus has come under a lot of scrutiny due to subscribers and potential consumers alike complaining that Sony’s PlayStation Network premium service doesn’t deliver many exclusive offerings. Today, Sony has announced that Ubisoft’s upcoming RTS title, R.U.S.E., will be available for Plus members exclusively for a week.

From today, PlayStation Plus members will have early access to the latest demo of R.U.S.E. This will be exclusive to Plus members until September 1st, when the demo will be becoming publicly available on the PlayStation Store. As is the case with the previous exclusive Plus demos, subscribers can download the game’s demo from the Plus section of the Store. Alternatively, if you have Automatic Downloads switched on, it’ll already be downloading for you.

R.U.S.E., which will utilize Sony’s PlayStation Move motion controller, is currently in development for the multiple platforms from Eugen System. The game encourages players to resort to evil ways by using special cards to fool players with nonexistent units, make weak units look strong. R.U.S.E. is currently scheduled for a release on September 7th, 2010.
