Capcom Announces MotoGP 10/11

Capcom has today announced that MotoGP 10/11 is in development by Monumental Games and is scheduled for release in March 2011. The game feature all the content from the 2010 MotoGP season.

Capcom also says that downloadable updates for the 2011 MotoGP championship shortly after the season starts will be available. There’s an all-new handling system and improved physics in MotoGP 10/11. Michael Pattison, Senior Vice President Marketing had this to say regarding the announcement:

“MotoGP 10/11 will offer gamers the most true to life gameplay of the series so far. We hope that fans will be pleased with the improvements made to next year’s title, allowing gamers to adapt their playing experience to suit their individual racing style”

Career will see the inclusion of co-op play and local splitscreen gameplay is also featured. Championship and Time Trial modes make a return and an improved Challenge mode also makes way. An online multiplayer component will give players the opportunity to compete against 19 players in a Championship race.
