Among the dozens of titles announced in early 2010, F.E.A.R 3 was scheduled to release within the Halloween 2010 time frame. Unfortunately, Warner Bros. later delayed the title into the new year, and fans have been awaiting further information since. If the first delay was painful for you, then look away now, because further bad news awaits below.
As if the October delay wasn’t enough, Warner Bros. confirmed with Joystiq that F.E.A.R 3 has been moved from March to May this year. The delay pits the title against other May releases such as Red Faction: Armageddon, and Hunted: The Demon’s Forge.
F.E.A.R 3 is the third entry in the series, and is said to include new features including a cover system, and even co-operative play (which seems to be an increasing rarity this generation). If you enjoy being scared pyjama-less, then be sure to look out for this horror title in May 2011.
