Homefront Deployment Gets Slight Delay

Kaos Studios and THQ have put a great deal of time and effort into the upcoming shooter, Homefront. They hope to bring fresh, new situations to a stagnant first-person shooter genre. Last November THQ revealed that the game was planned to be released on “March 8 2011 for the USA, March 11 for UK/Continental Europe, and March 10 for Australia.” Though, it has now been confirmed that the release date has been changed, albeit only slightly.

During THQ’s Q3 financial call, the publisher told investors that Homefront‘s release date will now be March 15th in the U.S. and March 18th in the UK. No word as to why this has occurred, but THQ assured that the game is already doing quite well pre-order wise.

Though, this is a very small slip up on the release of the title, how many of you plan on picking up Homefront on its newly announced release date?
