Ubisoft Announces Vita EU Launch Titles, Assassin’s Creed Vita Coming This Year

Publisher Ubisoft has announced the games that they’ll be bringing to the PlayStation Vita’s European launch, as well as making a listing in their release schedule for an Assassin’s Creed title for Vita.

Ubisoft has announced that Rayman Origins, Lumines: Electronic Symphony, Michael Jackson The Experience, Asphalt Injection and Dungeon Hunter Alliance will all be available for Vita on the console’s launch day, February 22. These titles were previously confirmed for the US.

With an offering of five different titles, Ubisoft is one of the biggest third-party supporters of Vita’s launch.

Also, a bit of news for fans of the Assassin’s Creed series: an installment of the series has been revealed as releasing in “calendar 2012” for Vita, according to a release schedule. Ubisoft had originally announced the Assassin’s Creed installment for Vita at last year’s gamescom.
