Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima has shed some light on the series’ Raiden-centric spin-off, namely when a playable version of the game will be available for demonstration. It looks like developer Platinum Games has quite a bit of work between now and June, because Kojima has assured gamers that Revengeance will be playable at this years’ Electronic Entertainment Expo.
In a roundtable interview with Famitsu, with Mr. Kojima, Platinum Games producer Atsushi Inaba and CEO Tatsuya Minami discussed how Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was coming along, highlighting the upcoming playable E3 demo.
They also discussed the collaboration between Kojima Productions and Platinum Games, reminiscing how the two first considered the project last January during the Vita press conference. With regards to the lack of stealth in the title, Tatsuya Minami explained that after reworking their approach to the game, it simply didn’t fit with what they are trying to do.
