Mass Effect 3 Tops UK Sales Chart, SSX Trails Close Behind

BioWare’s space epic did incredibly well in the UK last week, topping the sales chart and going on to sell more than the past four weeks’ sales leaders combined.

That’s right, the total sales for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, UFC Undisputed 3, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, and SSX during their weeks of peak performance still can’t top the fantastic figures that Mass Effect 3 did this past week.

If you’re still not impressed, how about this this little statistic: Mass Effect 3 has already gone on to topple the combined sales of Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Granted this is the first time the series has seen a simultaneous launch across all three platforms, but still, that is one heck of a feat.
