Games leaving PS Plus Extra, Premium

Games Leaving PlayStation Plus in October May Include Big Action Hit

In the coming weeks, Sony will reveal the full list of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in October 2026, and we’re back with our monthly predictions for upcoming departures based on the service’s pattern. Those who haven’t started Silent Hill 2 (2024 remake) yet are advised to prioritize the remake.

Games expected to leave PS Plus Extra and Premium in October 2026

As a reminder, games tend to leave the service after 12 months or 24 months. Occasionally, Sony will sign six-month contracts, too. Our monthly articles contain predictions based on this pattern and are meant to give our readers a heads-up.

Going back to games that were added to the catalog two years ago, the following titles remain: Two Point Campus, Gris, Return to Monkey Island, Overpass 2, and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands (unlikely to leave due to Ubisoft+).

Games added a year ago that are still in the catalog include Silent Hill 2, Until Dawn (original and remake), V Rising, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1, As Dusk Falls, and Wizard With a Gun.

Premium classics typically don’t leave the service, minus a few exceptions.

We’ll update our readers when the departure list is officially revealed.
