Konami Releases New Live Action Teaser For Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Konami has released a new live action teaser for upcoming action game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Today’s newly released trailer appears to be in similar style to the previous trailer released, which has scenes of a person, who seems to be Raiden, being examined by a doctor/scientist and others where he’s strapped to a chair and being tortured. The scenes may be the story of what happened to Raiden both in the times when he was in the military and the period between MGS2 and MGS4 when the cyborg ninja skeleton was installed in him. Like the previous trailer, this live action teaser features no gameplay footage, but it does feature the voice of MGS2 villain Solidus at one point during the video.

Konami has also launched a new look for the Revengeance site which includes the teaser trailer. Inputting the word “ray” into the site’s on-screen command console will reveal concept art for Metal Gear Ray. (Thanks to NeoGAF for the tip.)
