Skyrim’s First DLC, Dawnguard, Announced For Xbox 360 This Summer As Timed Exclusive

Bethesda has released the name of and a promotional image for the first piece of DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The name of the first piece of DLC for Skyrim is “Dawnguard” and — as has happened with some previous Bethesda titles — this DLC will be coming to the Xbox 360 first. The Bethesda Blog page with the reveal also announced than Dawnguard is coming to Xbox 360 this summer and that more details will be coming at E3. No further details were mentioned.

Something interesting to note is that a Bethesda forums user recently claimed to have found what may have been some potential evidence of incoming Skyrim DLC in some file directories for an update patch, which alluded to something called “DLC01.”

PSLS will be at E3 and if there are any details about Dawnguard or any further Skyrim DLC, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
