Two new characters (or three if you count the furry, big-mouthed Ottsel) have been revealed by Sony to be the latest additions to the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale fighting roster.
While the inclusion of both characters is hardly a surprise, it’s nice to finally receive confirmation that they’ll be coming to the game. Between Jak, Ratchet (who still has yet to be revealed) and Sly, the PS2 had basically three equally beloved mascots, so it would have been insane for Sony to leave platforming pair out.

Cole was also a bit of an obvious choice, especially considering his recent inclusion in Capcom’s Street Fighter X Tekken. If the electrified anti-hero were in a Capcom fighting game but somehow not in Sony’s, it would just feel downright wrong.
