Ubisoft just recently released a brand-new trailer for Assassin’s Creed 3, showcasing a bit more of the story and intense gameplay. Interestingly enough however, the North American and European versions of the trailer are slightly different, as the one that was released in the States has been censored a bit.
If you check out the UK version of the video below, you’ll notice that at the 2:09 mark, a few American soldiers get brutally killed by Connor.
Now direct your attention to the US version of the same video, which is noticeably shorter because that small section of footage was completely removed.
What do you think of the change? Was the removal of that section necessary? I don’t know about you, but I don’t take any offense to the extended footage — after all, it’s still going to be in the game, right?
