Should You Buy Sony’s Recent PS3 HD Collections?

God of War Saga Collection

What is it? They don’t call it the God of War Saga for nothing. This all-in-one package comes complete with the PS3’s God of War 3, HD remastered versions of the PS2 classics, God of War and God of War 2 from the original God of War Collection on the PS3, plus HD remasterings of the two PSP titles, God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta from the God of War Origins Collection. It’s a full PS3 game, and two Collections within one ultimate Collection.

You should buy the God of War Saga Collection if: …you are looking for one of the most epic, complete action-adventure series in history. Seriously. Each game is better than the next, and each one dives deeper into the rage of Kratos until he has his revenge. It’s both a hell of a value at $39.99, and the perfect primer for 2013’s God of War: Ascension. If you missed these games, then it’s a must purchase. Even if you already played them all, it’s worth considering owning this complete collection of some of the best games to ever grace PlayStation platforms.

You shouldn’t buy the God of War Saga Collection if: …you want to piss off Kratos. And you really don’t want to piss off the Ghost of Sparta. That’s all I can think of, because nothing should keep you from owning this collection, unless you own them all already (and you probably do).
