Name: Cole MacGrath
Origin: After a ‘Ray Sphere’ exploded, bike messenger Cole MacGrath gained the power to be a human Tesla coil, shooting out electricity in numerous different way. He becomes a super human, capable of many feats of power and agility, with his big kryptonite being water (just don’t ask how he showers). Using his powers, he must decide to save the world or destroy it… and he chooses to destroy it.
