More $10 Credits Being Sent out to PSN Users in North America

A few weeks ago, just before the PS4 reveal, Sony sent out a $10 credit to many PSN users in North America for being “a loyal customer and fan of the PlayStation Network.” Exactly what made everyone a “loyal customer” wasn’t detailed, but lots of people reported that they received the $10 credit, while many others who should have been considered “loyal,” did not.

It looks like Sony was aware of this as they have sent out another wave of free $10 credits to PSN members in North America. Once again, criteria wasn’t given for why anyone received these, with Sony just repeating that, “While we don’t disclose the exact criteria used, we can say that select active PSN users were chosen to receive an XMB message that included a credit for their SEN Wallet as part of this special promotion.”

So, if you haven’t done it already, turn on your PS3 before the code expires on March 25th and check your messages to see if there’s free money waiting for you. As far as we can tell, it doesn’t seem like anyone who was given $10 the first time around is part of this, but it’s worth looking either way.

Did you get your $10 credit for the first time? Second time? Have you still been left out? Let us know in the comments below.
