Japanese PlayStation Vita Sales Drop to 36,000, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix Debuts at 128,000

After reigning supreme for one week with 63,581 systems sold, the PlayStation Vita’s sales took a nose dive in Japan between March 11th – 17th, but still ended up at a healthy 36,028. Looking at the other PlayStation systems in Japan, the PS3 finished at 20,676, while the PSP is still going strong, adding another 12,721 to its total.

On the software side of things, it was actually a PSP title, Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment, finishing in first place at 138,180, with Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix right behind it at 128, 414.
