Back when Telltale Games officially announced The Walking Dead Season 2, it was revealed how the game would be coming to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, but the developer was still nailing down final release dates.

Over the weekend, Telltale Games finally confirmed that The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1: All That Remains would be releasing “before Christmas”, with each of the remaining four episodes coming out “between 4 and 6 weeks apart”.

Unfortunately for PlayStation Vita owners, the Telltale Games Facebook page noted how Episode 1 would be out this month for on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Mac. On their website, they noted how “it will also be available for compatible iOS devices from the App Store. Other platforms may be announced in the future.” We’ve reached out to Telltale Games about the PlayStation Vita version and we’ll let you know if we hear anything.

The website also points out how a “retail version of Season Two will not be available until after all five episodes are available to download” and “there will be some changes based on player feedback to Season One and advances in game design. If you’ve played Season One, the experience will be familiar.”

Will you be playing Season 2 this month? Let us know in the comments below.
