While it’s already out for PS4 in Europe (and you can download it from the European PlayStation Store if you want to go through that trouble), War Thunder’s release date in North America is still unconfirmed, with the developers previously saying, “[It] depends only on Sony of America.”
We still don’t have an official date, but on the War Thunder Twitter account they said, “[Release] depends entirely on Sony of the America. We hope that it will be released in January.” They later added, “Hopefully Sony of the America will put it on the store at the start of the next year. It depends on them entirely.”
We’ll let you know once a North American release date is confirmed, but for those of you currently playing on PS4, update 1.37 (check out the full changelog here) will be arriving “a bit later.”
