Visual novel experts 5pb. MAGES are showing off Lovely x Cation 1&2 for the PlayStation Vita. Formerly a PC release in 2011, it’ll come to the Vita on May 21. Here’s a system video:
There is no release date planned for North America or Europe, but with other visual novels getting announcements and the genre carving out a niche abroad, it’s not impossible.
The title “Lovely x Cation” (silent x) is supposed to sound like the word “publication,” because in Japanese “lovely” sounds like “ra-bu-ri.” So “publication” is only one sound off from “lovelycation.”
