Ashley Johnson, better known as Ellie from The Last of Us, has joined the cast of Telltale’s episodic adventure, Tales from the Borderlands. This news was announced by Telltale’s PR Specialist, Laura Perusco, on Twitter. She wrote:

Director of PR, Job J Stauffer, chipped in and revealed that Johnson will be playing an important role in the upcoming Episode 3.
Without giving anything away, just know that she plays a *very* core character. Ep 3 is bananas!
Episode 3 is scheduled to release sometime this year, but we don’t have a definitive release date yet. In the meanwhile, check out our reviews of Episode 1 and Episode 2 to catch up.
