Batman: Arkham Knight Experiencing Leaderboard Issues on PS4, Fix Might Have to Wait

A number of players have reported that the online leaderboards in the PlayStation 4 version of Batman: Arkham Knight don’t seem to be working, but PS4 owners might have to wait a while before they get fixed.

Apparently, users have noticed that this message pops up when loading the game, indicating that the online leaderboards are not working properly:

A connection to PlayStation Network cannot be established. Gameplay will continue without Leaderboard access until a connection is made.

However, due to the large number of issues plaguing the PC version of the game, PS4 owners could have to wait until a patch has been issued for the PC version before the leaderboards get fixed. When asked on Twitter about some of Arkham Knight‘s challenges, Rocksteady Studios Co-Founder Sefton Hill mentioned that “PC fixes come first,” apparently meaning that Xbox One and PS4 patches will just have to wait.
