Update:
The January 2016 PlayStation Plus free games in North America and Europe have been revealed.
Original Story:
Unlike last year , Sony won’t be revealing the January 2016 PlayStation Plus free games lineup ahead of the usual time, with PlayStation Europe Blog Manager Fred Dutton revealing that the announcement likely won’t happen until December 30:
Things can change right up to the wire, so I’m reluctant to give a firm date. But at present, yes, the intent is to have the news for you mid-next week.
He was also asked on Twitter if the PS+ news would happen today, and he responded, “No, likely next week.”
After they’re announced, the January 2016 PS+ titles will go live in the PlayStation Store on Tuesday, January 5. Until then, be sure to grab the December 2015 PS+ games before they’re gone .
Also, with no new releases currently scheduled for Tuesday, December 29 , Dutton confirmed there won’t be another PlayStation Store update this year. “Yes indeed, that’s it for 2015. Next Store update will be January 5,” he said.
If you live in North America, don’t forget to check out Week 4 of the Holiday Sale , which ends on January 5.

Until Dawn
Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment
Developer: Supermassive Games
"There’s a well written and unchanging lore here. It’s campy, but it’s horror and was never billed as anything else. The events on the mountain are set in motion and then wrapped around each of your decisions and characters’ fates. There are certain points and choices that will cause each character to die, some in a variety of nasty and horrific ways, and something about taking the reins of a character in a horror movie is just satisfying. Instead of yelling at the screen that they made a stupid choice, you get to beat yourself up for what you did to get them killed. When the sun rises and the final survivors are tallied up, you’ll realize Until Dawn isn’t perfect, but no matter which choices you make, it’s one hell of a ride. "

Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below
Publisher: Square Enix
Developer: Omega Force
"Hot on the heels of Disgaea 5 , Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below is the next must-have title for fans of the genre on Sony’s newest console. Unlike other crossover incarnations in theWarriors series, Heroes incorporates enough of the legendary RPG franchise’s traditional elements to create a giddy nostalgia trip. Even if you aren’t a longtime fan, though, you’ll have a chance to get caught up in a whirlwind of solid action-RPG goodness. "

The Order: 1886
Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment
Developer: Ready at Dawn, SCE Santa Monica Studio
"The Order: 1886 flaunts its interactive cinematic presentation, and it plays that card well. Despite this, it will continue to incite debate about overall length, being story heavy, and not allowing much freedom for the player. If these are things that bother you, then The Order was not developed for you. The decision will need to be where each player places value in their video games. This is an immersive game for people who want to sit back — or on the edge of their seat — and let themselves become engrossed in the story of a Knight in turmoil fighting against a supernatural force. Give The Order a go yourself, and perhaps you’ll find yourself diving back into it as much as I’ve rewatched Jurassic Park over the last twenty years. It may not be perfect, but The Order: 1886 is an immersive cinematic experience and a damned good ride worth going back to. "

Bloodborne
Publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment
Developer: FromSoftware
" The PlayStation 4 finally has its exclusive killer RPG. Bloodborne is punishingly hard, but like the Souls series, not unfairly so. If you go into this game accepting of death and the lessons that it imparts on you, then you will have a much better time than if you were to approach the game thinking you were the next Kratos. With a light touch of thankfully, gratefully optional multiplayer options, Bloodborne will be played for years to come. If you see someone with a Platinum trophy for this game, you will know that you are in the presence of a badass gamer.Bloodborne cannot come any more highly recommended for RPG gamers looking for a true challenge."

"Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is not one or two, but three of the best PS3 games, remastered with precision, love, and care for the current generation. Bluepoint has taken three of Naughty Dog’s gems from the PS3, polished them up more than we imagined they could be, and put them back out into the world.
