Those who turned on their PlayStation 4’s just now should be greeted by a prompt to download the latest PS4 update (3.15), which, unfortunately, does nothing except “improve system performance” according to Sony. Nope, no “stability updates” here, but it’s essentially the same thing, no?
PS4 system software update 3.15 is coming tonight – it’s a minor update designed to improve system performance.

The official patch notes read:
Main features in version 3.15 update
-
This system software update improves the quality of the system performance.
The PS4 update file is 275.7MB, and should auto download the moment you turn your PS4 on. You can also download the file manually here if you wish. Let’s hope that the next firmware update adds the stuff that we really want and need. But then again, don’t expect it to roll out this early in the year.
