With Naughty Dog considering it to be the best trailer in their history, a new Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End story trailer was released today, which takes you around the world, goes underwater, features numerous characters, and more.
Creative Director Neil Druckmann warns, “We’re being careful not to reveal too much — but story trailers by their very nature contain some story spoilers. If you’re on a media blackout… what are you doing here?”
Here’s the trailer’s description:
Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.
Uncharted 4 releases on April 26 in North America and April 27 in Europe for PlayStation 4. As Druckmann revealed, it’s “almost done,” and the team is “working extremely hard to deliver our most ambitious game to date. We can’t tell you how excited we all are for you to play the final game.”
From now until launch Naughty Dog will give us new info, screenshots, and behind-the-scenes videos on a regular basis.
